How long before i can expect my goods to arrive?

Wofte Clothing products are kept in stock and will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days from date of purchase. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.

Will somebody need to be at my shipping address to sign for my delivery?

Yes, all of our parcels are sent via recorded delivery which require a signature at the provided shipping address. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched from us. Don’t panic if you receive a dispatch email from us knowing that nobody will be at the address, a card will be left at the address with instructions to either re schedule or collect your parcel in person from the closest depot.

I live outside the UK, can i purchase Wofte Clothing products?

Yes, of course we ship world wide. Please select your country from the drop down menu in the checkout. Please note shipping costs outside the UK are slightly higher.

What are the delivery charges?

UK standard delivery starts at £2.99 for single smaller items, shipping costs are based on weight rate of your total order. For an accurate shipping quote please add items to your basket and enter your postcode in the checkout.

I bought the incorrect size, can i exchange my items?
