Returns Policy

Changed your mind? You have up to 21 days to return your order to us, all we ask is that you send them back in an unused/unwashed condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please contact us via email at: admin@wofte.co.uk or call 01245 231992 so we can process your return efficiently. Please ensure to print, fill and include a copy of our Returns Form with your returned goods and original receipt.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, signed for service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please note – This information is for purchases made from the Wofte Clothing website only and not from any Wofte Clothing dealers.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Wofte Clothing Ltd is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

Please note return postage charges are non refundable unless your order is faulty or you have received incorrect items.

Returning a Faulty Product
Before returning any faulty products please email us at: admin@wofte.co.uk providing images and the relative information, so that we can aim to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Returning Wrong Items
If you are to receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please email us as soon as possible providing the full details of your order, so that we can get this matter resolved.

Returns/Exchanges turnaround time
We aim to process all exchanges/refunds within 2 working days of receiving your returned goods.
