FAQ’S

“Where’s my order?”
All of our items are held in stock and will usually be dispatched on the same day or next working day from when you ordered. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. You will be sent an email from us when your items have been shipped, this will include your tracking information so you can follow it’s journey to your front door.

“Will somebody need to sign for my delivery?”
Yes, all of our parcels are sent via recorded delivery which require a signature at the provided shipping address. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped. Don’t panic if you receive a dispatch email from us knowing that nobody will be at the address on the delivery date, you will have a chance to rearrange the delivery. If you do miss the delivery a card will be left at the address with instructions to either re schedule or collect your parcel in person from the closest depot.

“I live outside the UK, can I purchase Wofte Clothing products?”
Yes, we ship world wide. Please select your country from the drop down menu in the checkout. Please note shipping costs outside the UK vary, you can find out what the shipping costs for your country are by putting your details in the checkout.

“What are the delivery charges?”
UK standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is priced at £4.00 All UK orders over £50.00 standard shipping is free if selected in the checkout. We also offer UK Next Day shipping provided by DPD priced at £7.00. For the rest of the world shipping costs vary depending on the country you are ordering from. Please enter your details in the checkout to find out these costs. Express shipping world wide is available and can be quoted at the checkout.

“I bought the incorrect size, can I exchange my items?”
Yes, we accept exchanges – But please follow the simple steps found: here.
