How long before i can expect my goods to arrive?

All our items are kept in stock and will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days from date of purchase. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.

Will somebody need to be at my shipping address to sign for my delivery?

Yes, all of our parcels are sent via recorded delivery which require a signature at the provided shipping address. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched from us. Don’t panic if you receive a dispatch email from us knowing that nobody will be at the address, a card will be left at the address with instructions to either re schedule or collect your parcel in person from the closest depot.

I live outside the UK, can i purchase Wofte Clothing products?

Yes, of course we ship world wide. Please select your country from the drop down menu in the checkout. Please note shipping costs outside the UK are slightly higher.

What are the delivery charges?

UK standard delivery is £3.95 for all orders under £75.00. All orders over £75.00 shipping is FREE, just select the option in the checkout. For the EU and the rest of the world standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £12.00

I bought the incorrect size, can i exchange my items?

Yes, of course! We all make mistakes, and we are always here to help- But please follow the simple steps found: here.

I have some nice pictures i think you may like, can i send them in?

YES PLEASE! We are super excited to see any pictures from you guys featuring our clothing and wherein the world you have been wearing our items. Please send them to our dedicated media team- Never know, they may even end up featured on our social feeds. Email: media@wofte.co.uk
