Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds on sale items.

UK Refunds/Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges can be issued up to 20 days from the date your order was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising a purchase with us.

We do offer refunds and exchanges to our UK customers, however, we do not offer free returns. 
This means that we cannot reimburse the cost of shipping your items to you or that you pay to send your items back to us for a refund or exchange, nor can we provide a free shipping label. We recommend that you send your exchanged items back to us using a trusted courier with a tracked service. A member of our customer services team will contact you with the information provided on the returns form when we receive your returned goods. In some cases we may require payment for shipping your returned items back to you. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to check you are eligible to return an item back to us and to download a copy of our returns form.

Returns turnaround time
We aim to process all exchanges/refunds within 2 working days of receiving your returned goods.

EU Refunds/Exchanges

We recommend clearly labelling your items as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid such charges. You will be charged a standard shipping fee to ship your replacement item(s) back to you. Your replacement items will be sent (DAP) this means that customs duty charges and taxes for the returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Wofte Clothing Ltd takes no responsibility for these charges. Returns Checklist
Please ensure that you meet the following criteria to return items back to us:
1. Your order is within the returns window (20 days from delivery date)
2. You have filled the returns form and included with your parcel or sent prior to shipping via email
3. The item is in original, un-washed, un-worn, un-altered condition
4. The item has tags attached and is in original packaging
