UK Shipping
Standard Shipping (2-4 Business Days Tracked) £3.99
Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days Tracked)  £5.99
Free Standard UK Shipping for orders over £50.00

We aim to ship all orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) on the same day. If after this time they will be shipped on the next working day. Lead times may be slightly longer during busy or sale periods - We are a small team

Standard and Express shipping options both include tracking updates sent to you via Email or SMS. Please ensure that you enter your details correctly before finalising a purchase with us to receive these updates. Our Free Shipping option will only update the tracking information once a delivery attempt has been made. 

EU Shipping 
- Orders under €150 (Approx £130) will be shipped via DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) – you will not be charged any additional fees.

- Orders over €150 (Approx £130) will be shipped via DAP (Delivered At Place) – you (the recipient) must pay your countries vat and any customs duties to our courier DPD. -We cannot inform you of these charges as it will vary depending on the country selected and the items that you are purchasing.

If you refuse to pay taxes and any fees that are required your parcel will be returned to us. In the event of this you are responsible for an additional ‘return to sender’ charge. We reserve the right to deduct this from any refund owed and your original shipping charge will not be refunded.

We use a DPD EU standard service for all EU parcels. This is a tracked and signed for service.

USA & ROW Shipping - Via DHL Express

If any customs or import charges occur these are the responsibility of the recipient, these will be charged at the point of delivery. We have no control over these charges as all charges will vary depending on the destination selected and the items that you have ordered. Please ensure to supply us with a correct email address and mobile number so we can direct the tracking to you so you can follow your parcels journey. Please note – all tracking numbers will be active approx 2 hours after receiving your dispatch confirmation email.
