What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, please refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I amend my order?

We completely get it, we're all human and make mistakes! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter it at this time. We hope to have some way of doing this in the future.

As long as your order has not been picked and dispached at this point we can cancel your order and you can give it another try.

At what point can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order before it leaves our warehouse. Unfortunatly if we have already shipped your order it will now be in the hands of one of our trusted couriers. The next step is to wait for your parcel to be delivered before you can send it back to us for either an exchange or a refund.

Can I exchange my items?

Yes of course! We accept exchanges from all of our customers however at this moment in time we do not offer free returns - We are working on this for the future.

Where is my order?

All of our items are held in stock and will usually be dispatched on the same day or next working day from when you ordered. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. You will be sent an email from us when your items have been shipped, this will include your tracking information so you can follow it’s journey to your front

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. If you are ordering from the EU please check our detailed guidelines concerning taxes and customs charges post brexit here.
